After School Activities, Including Sports, Canceled
All after school activities and events in the Beverly Public Schools on Tuesday have been canceled because of snow.
All after school activities for the Beverly Public Schools have been cancelled on Tuesday because of the approaching snowstorm, according to a list of cancellations and postponements by WCVB.
The postponement extends to sports practices and games, including boys and girls varsity basketball games and a swim meet.
The swim meet versus Peabody Veterans Memorial High School at the Torigian Family YMCA has been rescheduled to Jan. 21, according to a tweet from Athletic Director James Coffey. There is no new date for the boys and girls basketball games versus Lynn Classical.

Also at the high school, the cancellation also extends to the winter strings concert.
