Nearby Homes Evacuated as Fire Goes to 3 Alarms

The house fire in the Ryal Side neighborhood on Sunday night has now been bumped up to three alarms as a bright orange glow fills the sky from one of the highest points in the area.

The fire is at 29 Folger Ave. and broke out at about 9:30 p.m. No injuries have been reported.

Firefighters said they evacuated other homes in the area as additional crews were called to the fire to assist. A portion of a neighboring home also caught fire and the original home that was burning collpased.
