Police Break Up Alleged Fight at Beverly High School

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department's log:
Tuesday, Feb. 25:
- At 4:07 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Broughton Drive.
- At 6:21 p.m., police responded to a past assault on Essex Street.
- At 8:38 p.m., police responded to a report of a large fight in the parking lot at Beverly High School, 100 Sohier Road. "A large group was dispersed and peace was restored."
Wednesday, Feb. 26:
- At 7:11 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident with property damage near the intersection of Common and Branch lanes.
- At 9:05 a.m., police responded to a sudden death on Balch Street.
- At 9:49 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Rantoul Street.
- At 11:44 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Conant Street.
- At 2:51 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Kittredge Street.
- At 3:15 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious car near the intersection of West Dane and Mechanic streets.
