Beverly Police Arrest Lynn Man on Lewdness Charge

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department's log: 


Thursday, April 3:

  • At 4:04 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Neptune Street.
  • At 5:32 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Bennett Street.
  • At 6:30 p.m., police responded to a past assault on Simon Street.
  • At 7:42 p.m., police responded to a shoplifting incident on Elliott Street.
  • At 7:58 p.m., police received word that money had been reported stolen from a home on Chase Street.
  • At 11:52 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Wellman Street. Joseph E. Stubbs, 49, of 18 Wellman St., Beverly, was arrested on two counts of assault and battery. Thomas L. Irvine, 54, of 18 Wellman St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.

Friday, April 4:

  • At 9:03 a.m., police responded to a past assault on Railroad Avenue.
  • At 10:05 a.m., police responded to a past domestic assault on Cabot Street.
  • At 12:06 p.m., police responded to a report of a car into a building on Dodge Street.
  • At 12:12 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Bridge and Margin streets. Keith C. Kohler, 61, of 13B Popes Lane, Danvers, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
  • At 1:18 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on West Dane Street. Wesley L. Chandler, 23, of 27 West Dane St., Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having two outstanding warrants.
  • At 2:15 p.m., a motor vehicle reported stolen in Billerica was recovered on Folly Pond Road.
  • At 2:37 p.m., an officer disposed of a hypodermic needle discovered on Roundy Street.
  • At 4:09 p.m., a resident called police to report possible elder abuse.
  • At 6:10 p.m., police responded to a fight on Cross Lane.
  • At 8:25 p.m., a runaway turned himself in at the Stop & Shop on Elliott Street.

Saturday, April 5

  • At 1:45 a.m., police responded to a house party on Rantoul Street.
  • At 11:32 a.m., police responded to a two-car motor vehicle accident with personal injury on Courtney Drive.
  • At 1:10 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Highland Avenue.
  • At 4:56 p.m., police responded to a skateboarding complaint on Rantoul Street.
  • At 5:06 p.m., police responded to a past vehicle break-in on Dunham Road.
  • At 5:11 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Rantoul Street.
  • At 5:17 p.m., a resident called police to report that a bottle of bleach had been poured into their car while it was parked on Courtney Drive.
  • At 6:39 p.m., police responded to a trash dumping complaint on Brimbal Avenue.
  • At 9:20 p.m., police responded to a report of a past attempted larceny of instruments on Rantoul Street.

Sunday, April 6

  • At 12:27 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on School Street.
  • At 6:31 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Pleasant Street.
  • At 10:06 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Highland Avenue.
  • At 4:22 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Rantoul Street.
  • At 5:29 p.m., police responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on Hale Street.
  • At 5:29 p.m., police assisted with a MedFlight on Herrick Street.
  • At 6:37 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Stewart Lane. Nicole B. Irwin, 37, of 2 Stewart Lane, Beverly, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.

Monday, April 7

  • At 9:11 a.m., police responded to a report of a missing city tree on Roundy Street.
  • At 12:34 p.m., police conducted a well-being check near the intersection of Hale and East Lothrop streets.
  • At 1:20 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Elliott Street.
  • At 2:08 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Ellliott Street.
  • At 2:29 p.m., police responded to a report of a man exposing himself on Judson Street. Dennis W. Duverger, 66, of 34 Hanover St., Lynn, was arrested on a charge of open and gross lewdness.
  • At 2:38 p.m., police responded to a report of a man passed out in the bushes on Rantoul Street. The man was taken to the hospital.
  • At 4:16 p.m., police responded to a shoplifting incident on Dodge Street.
  • At 10:16 p.m., police responded to a railroad gate malfunction on Montserrat Road.

Other Arrests

Jeffrey J. Alexander, 60, of the streets of Beverly, was arrested on a charge of vandalism.

Mark A. Puleo, 51, of 98 Water St., Danvers, was arrested for reportedly having two outstanding warrants.

Emmanuel Rodriguez-Almonte, 26, of 123 Lawton Ave., Lynn, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Allen R. Delisle, 26, of the streets of Salem, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Matthew J. Reddy, 32, of 35 Charles St., Georgetown, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, trespassing, disorderly conduct and for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
