Vehicle Break-in Reported on Winter Street

Thursday, March 6

  • At 4:42 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Beckford Street.
  • At 6:05 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Ober Street.
  • At 6:41 p.m., a Cabot Street resident called police to report that someone was claiming their medication was missing.
  • At 8:27 p.m., while performing duties as liquor agent on Enon Street, an officer reportedly noticed violations of liquor control act - service without license.
  • At 11:17 p.m., police responded to a report of harassing phone calls on Elliott Street.

Friday, March 7

  • At 12:47 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Abbott Street.
  • At 2:58 a.m., police conducting a bar check noted that a bar was still open on Rantoul Street.
  • At 5:41 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Dodge Street.
  • At 9:50 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Essex Street and Peabody Avenue.
  • At 10:18 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on May Street.
  • At 10:46 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Pond and Rantoul streets.
  • At 11:39 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Jordan Street.
  • At 1:44 p.m., police responded to a report of people on the tracks near the intersection of Balch Street and Blaine Avenue.
  • At 3:16 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Cabot Street.
  • At 4:49 p.m., police responded to a past vehicle break-in on Winter Street.
Arrest

Adam P. Shairs, 30, of 56 River St., Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having two outstanding warrants.
