The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department's log: 


Wednesday, March 5

  • At 6:57 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Virginia Avenue.
  • At 9:06 p.m., police conducted a well-being check near the intersection of Herrick Street and Nelwood Terrace.
  • At 10:27 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian near the intersection of Bridge Street and Kernwood Avenue.

Thursday, March 6

  • At 2:13 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity near the intersection of Lothrop and Dane streets.
  • At 8:30 a.m., police responded to a past break-in at a business on Dodge Street.
  • At 9:04 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Whitney Avenue.
  • At 9:06 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Chestnut Street. 
  • At 10:13 a.m., police responded to an alarm on Herrick Street.
  • At 11:15 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity near the intersection of Ober and Woodbury streets.
  • At 11:24 a.m., police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Dodge Street and Tozer Road.
  • At 2:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a homeless man causing a disturbance on Rantoul Street.
  • At 4:08 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Courtney Drive.
  • At 4:42 p.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Beckford Street.
Arrests

Diane M. Little, 49, of 8 South St., Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having four outstanding warrants.

Kyle J. Raia, 24, of the streets of Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
