Community Corner

Riley Rocks Cut for a Cause

Three Beverly High School DECA students started a community service campaign, The Riley Rocks Challenge, to help fundraise and spread awareness about Riley Fessenden and the Riley Rocks Fund. After an extremely successful event this past Monday, January 13th, the Riley Rocks Challenge has raised over $11,000 so far! The Riley Rocks Cut for a Cause was held in the Beverly High School cafeteria with the help of many salons and stylists including; Dimaje, Karma, Studio Hair Design, La Belle Femme, Aqua, Girauds, Nancy Marciano, and Mrs. Amanda Ferrari, one of Beverly High School's teachers. From 3 to 6p.m. people stopped by to get $20 haircuts, $10 tinsel extensions, or $7 manicures. Thanks to the help of the stylists and our amazing community this event raised a total of $3,156.50! Riley Rocks!!!
