Nourishing Nutrition for Mom-To-Be & Her Growing Belly

Did you know your baby can taste the food you eat in vitro? It's true! Eating a healthy diet while pregnant not only creates healthier eaters, but also leads to overall healthier babies in the long-term. Plus, pregnant moms who follow a nutritious diet report having more energy, better sleep, improved mental clarity and fewer acute illnesses (even after baby is born). Adopting healthy eating and living habits while pregnant will benefit your family with a lifetime of health & happiness.

In this 8-week group program, Danielle Shea Tan, certified holistic health coach and mom, will teach expecting moms about:   

  • Nutrient-dense foods to boost the health of you and your baby
  • Essential nutrients and how to incorporate more in your diet
  • Foods to avoid during pregnancy and foods to stock up on
  • Strategies for management of nausea, constipation, heartburn and other discomforts
  • Foods and tips to support healthy sleep, lower anxiety, and improved stress management
  • BONUS: Special class taught by Marnie Memmolo (owner, North Shore Yoga Studio) on Ayurveda to support the Natal Year
Class dates include: 
Tuesdays: 4:45pm - 5:45pm (before pre-natal yoga), starting 10/1
Saturdays: 11am - 12pm (after pre-natal yoga) starting 9/28
