In 2012, we invite you to join us in
the pursuit of leisure at Historic New England’s Phillips House Museum. Much of
our programming will look at how the family played, travelled, collected, and
enjoyed the company of a large number of friends and family after they moved
into 34 Chestnut Street in September of 1912. A variety of programs including
walking tours, lectures, and social events will share the story of fun in the
early twentieth century.
