5 Things To Know Today, Jan. 10: Paper Store Partners with Vera Bradley, Rosie's Place

Here are five things to start your day in Beverly:

1. “Make the Switch”: From Jan. 9, through Jan. 13, The Paper Store is hosting an event, “Make the Switch”. Partnering with Vera Bradley, every The Paper Store location, including the one at North Beverly Plaza, will be offering a 20 percent off discount for any one eligible Vera Bradley handbag or tote when a customer donates a gently-used handbag or tote of any comparable brand. All donations will go to Rosie’s Place of Boston, MA, a sanctuary for poor and homeless women.

2. Bag It comes to Beverly: Community leaders at the Solid Waste Management Committee are hosting a screening of the  at the Cove Community Center tonight. Check out more about Bag It here.
