Downtown Beverly Named Top Small Business Shopping Destination
Small Business Trends magazine has put Beverly among its top small business shopping destinations.
Downtown Beverly has been named one of the "50 Small Business Shopping Destinations to Visit" in the country by Small Business Trends magazine.
The magazine said that Beverly "includes miles of coastline, diverse neighborhoods and downtown area with plenty of choices for shopping."
Other downtowns in Massachusetts that made the list include North Shore neighbor, Salem, plus Belmont, Brookline, Natick and Newton.
"We are proud that downtown Beverly is on the list published by Small Business Trends," Beverly Main Streets said when the honors was announced in its newsletter earlier this week. "More importantly, we're happy that our independent, local business owners are being recognized for their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
