How Much Snow Fell in Beverly?
According to weather spotters, Beverly's snow accumulation was in line with the forecast and similar to many neighboring communities.
So how much snow did Beverly get in this storm? 7.3 inches, according to an official National Weather Service weather spotter.
Forecasts had said the North Shore area would see anywhere from 6-12 inches, depending on storm patterns.
Nearby, the system of official weather spotters also reported that Danvers received 7.5 inches, Topsfield got 10 inches and West Peabody got 7.8 inches.
Up on Cape Ann, Gloucester reported 6.4 inches while just across Beverly Harbor in Marblehead there was 4.5 inches.
