Dog Missing for Five Months Spotted Wednesday in Centerville

Ben, a hound mix dog that went missing in February, was spotted Wednesday in the Centerville neighborhood.

A dog lost in Beverly more than five months ago was been spotted in Beverly this week, according to posts on Granite State Dog Recovery's Facebook page.

The male hound mix named Ben went missing on Feb. 15. Ben is now 3-years-old and weighed 60 pounds when he went missing in J.C. Phillips Preserve off Cabot Street (Route 97) near the Wenham town line.

Ben was sighted in the Centerville neighborhood of Beverly on Wednesday, according to a post on the Granite State Dog Recovery page, near the two gas stations at the intersection of Thoreau Circle and Miller Road.
