35th Annual Good Friday Walk to Support Neighbors in Need

Help spread the word about this 35th Annual Good Friday Walk to support the needy in communities across the North Shore.

The 35th Annual Good Friday Walk needs your help to spread the word and encourage friends and family to walk and sponsor walkers.

Proceeds from the Good Friday Walk go to support neighbors in need in Beverly and other North Shore communities - including Hamilton, Wenham, Ipswich, Gloucester and Rockport.

The Good Friday Walk was founded by Beverly resident Ray Battistell and is continued in his memory.

Organizers are looking for individuals, families, co-workers, friends, teams and clubs to join this year's walk.

The Good Friday walk will take place on April 18 at St. John the Evangelist School, 111 New Balch St., Beverly. Registration is from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.

Walkers must have a minimum of $25 in total sponsorships (cash or check).

A free lunch will be provided to participants at the halfway-point, St. John's Episcopal Church in Beverly Farms.
