Gloucester Man Threatens To Bomb Beverly Hospital

The 50-year-old suspect was arrested Saturday at his residence in Gloucester.

Beverly Police arrested a 50-year-old Gloucester man after he called Beverly Hospital and threatened to bomb the facility Saturday afternoon.

Police said at approximately 3:26 p.m., officers spoke to hospital personnel, who reported that Mark Fuller, 51, of Gloucester, had called to complain about a previous visit to the hospital.

During this phone call, police said Fuller allegedly made reference to an incident that occurred two days earlier involving bomb threats, saying, “Those
people in the paper had the right idea, you should all be punished.”

Ashley Galvin, of Beverly, was arrested by the Beverly Police Department on Nov. 15, on charges of threatening to kill police officers and firefighters and threatening blow up Beverly Hospital, the Beverly police, station, and a Beverly fire station.

Before hanging up, Fuller allegedly stated, “You deserve to be bombed, and I’m going to see to it!”

Gloucester and Beverly police apprehended Fuller at his residence. He was arrested on charges of threatening to blow up a hospital.
