Fishman Vying for City Council Seat

Former Congressional candidate Daniel Fishman has put in his name for an open seat on the Beverly City Council.

After 22 years, the Ward 1 seat on the Beverly City Council is now open and former congressional candidate Daniel Fishman is one of three candidates vying for the seat, according to an article in the Salem News

With the retirement of 22-year council veteran Maureen Troubetaris, Fishman pulled nomination papers for the seat along with Susan Woods Powell and Brian Williams. 

Fishman recently ran on the Libertarian ticket for congress against incumbent John Tierney and Republican challenger Richard Tisei.
